I deleted something by mistake

iPhone: open Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted. Items stay there for 30 days and can be recovered.

Android 11 and later: deleted items go to the system bin for about 30 days. Open OnceSwipe › Settings › Bin to restore them or empty it. On Android 10 and earlier, deleting is permanent. If you use Google Photos backup, check its Bin too.

My storage didn’t go up after a clean

On iPhone, space comes back when the items are deleted from Recently Deleted (Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted; note that Delete All also erases anything else in there), or automatically after 30 days. On Android, empty the bin from OnceSwipe’s result screen or Settings › Bin. Items stored only in iCloud take up almost no space on the phone, so OnceSwipe does not count them as freed.

On Android 10 and earlier, space is freed as soon as items are deleted.

OnceSwipe can’t see all my photos

You may have given limited access.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once and everything is yours: no subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads, no limits.

Restoring on a new phone

Download OnceSwipe again with the same Apple ID or Google account at no charge.

Refunds

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by them.

Does OnceSwipe upload my photos?

No. Everything happens on your phone; the only thing the app fetches is app updates. Read the Privacy Policy.

How do I remove my data?

Delete the app. Everything OnceSwipe stores is on your phone and goes with it. See Your data and deletion.
