Terms of Use

End user licence agreement · Effective 6 October 2026 · Pivot & Anchor

In short: you pay once through the App Store or Google Play and may use OnceSwipe on your devices. There is no account, no subscription and no in-app purchase. OnceSwipe deletes what you tell it to delete, so please review before you confirm.

1. OnceSwipe for iPhone and iPad

If you got OnceSwipe from Apple’s App Store, your use of it is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). In that agreement, the “Application Provider” is Pivot & Anchor Private Limited. Section 3 below adds detail about how the app works and does not reduce any right you have under Apple’s Standard EULA. If the two conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA applies.

2. OnceSwipe for Android

If you got OnceSwipe from Google Play, these terms are an agreement between you and Pivot & Anchor Private Limited (“we”, “us”). Google is not a party to them. Your purchase is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use OnceSwipe on Android devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service, including on other devices linked to the same Google account. The app is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights not expressly granted.

Restrictions

You may not copy (except as allowed by Google Play), modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the app, or reverse engineer, decompile or try to derive its source code, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.

Termination

This licence lasts until you or we end it. It ends automatically if you do not follow these terms. When it ends, you must stop using the app and delete it.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, photos or videos, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

3. Terms for both platforms

Price

OnceSwipe is paid upfront. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, ads or usage limits. Payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. You can download the app again with the same Apple ID or Google account at no extra charge.

No account and no data collection

OnceSwipe has no account and does not collect personal data. How the app treats your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting photos and videos

OnceSwipe deletes and compresses items in your photo library only when you confirm it. Suggestions such as duplicates, similar or blurry photos are automatic estimates and can be wrong, so please review them before you delete.

You are responsible for keeping backups of anything you want to keep.

Governing law

Pivot & Anchor Private Limited is a company registered in India. Except where Apple’s Standard EULA provides otherwise for the iPhone and iPad app, these terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
